The CSFP Order Planning Tool is an optional Microsoft Excel-based tool that can assist CSFP states and local agencies with order planning for the enhanced CSFP Food Package.
The tool demonstrates the total number of units of food estimated to be used per month, as well as an estimation of how many cases and trucks of each product will be needed, per month, to fulfill food package requirements based on caseload assignments.
This tool can be used by CSFP states and/or local agencies who order USDA Foods either for direct delivery or from the national multi-food warehouse.
