Study to determine options and recommendations for implementing online ordering (both with in-person and online transactions) in WIC in a manner that is consistent nationwide and results in secure transactions;
Develop documents and other resources identified in the study that are necessary to implement online ordering in WIC, including an assessment of existing WIC EBT Operating Rules and Technical Implementation Guide for potential changes;
Develop and manage competitive sub-grant awards to a maximum of five WIC state agencies, which will use the implementation plan and related documentation to work toward implementation of online ordering;
